This is a much better team below the neck than above the neck.

Very talented physically but lack leadership and decision making on the floor.

Agreed. Might be time to go big-time. What is Tad guaranteed? I know it's blasphemy, but we've had no offense forever. We need to be able to win without a NBA player at guard.

The offense is so, so, so, bad.

Nailed it. The lack of leadership on the court last year after we lost Spencer hindered the club, and so far this year it doesn't look like anyone is "the guy" to lead the team.
 
Poorly coached, poorly executed. Don't see this as anything more than a run of the mill NIT team unless there are drastic changes. We're in a hole now. Tad and crew don't have a clue on offense.
