Why in the world would Houston be in the mix? You realize that he left there for **** bailer, right? The Briles rehab has started. Rinaldi interview on GameDay. KDTX piece. If Herman jumps, Houston will be in the mix. Aub if Malzahn gets canned.

If Briles coaches in college again, I'm assuming it will be in Texas or possibly LSU, due to his extensive Texas high school connections, but I don't see him going back to UH if Herman leaves. I think UH will continue to go with a coordinator from a blue blood.Petrino left Louisville.
Known quantity at Houston. Previous goodwill. Easy transition. Knows recruiting that area. Texas base. Easy rehab transition to another major program. Why in the world would Houston be in the mix? You realize that he left there for **** bailer, right?
Early trip to the showers. Too soon? This Pitt game is not doing Franklin's job security at Penn State any favors.
Watched the replay and didn't think Bama was that great. They were up 17-3 at half only because of U$C brain freeze, not any great superiority of Bama. Lots of three-and-outs for Bama.Dez is on College Football Live saying that he wouldn't vote Alabama #1 because they beat up on an inferior opponent. Said that USC looked like a high school team. Wow. That's the kind of talk that will have the USC faithful going absolutely ape****. Helton better win against Utah State.
Yeah I saw some publication rate the coaches the other day and butch jones was number five ahead of harbaugh, dantonio and shaw. I was in shock.Ultimately, we may be glad that bitch jones went to Tennessee.
The hunchback of overratedTerrific recruiter, not much of a coach.
Mizzou is probably the worst P5 spot for a coach or AD right now. That place was torn apart. And, honestly, it's not like they ever won anything before. They had a once in a lifetime coach in Pinkel and even he never won a conference title for them in the Big 12 or SEC.
Back in Dan Devine days, trust me, Missouri was great and could beat anybody and did. They were very, very good.
They would have to fall very short of expectations for this to happen, IMO. Like 7 total wins or something. They have as much talent as anybody and quite possibly the best player in the country.
Bahahahahahahahahaha! So Finebaum saying on the Audible podcast that he doesn't believe Auburn or any team in the SEC would touch Briles after this season and that the SEC commissioner would likely have to approve to even be considered.
They don't make rubber stamps for nothin'
Still interesting Finebaum would go on the record with that.Bahahahahahahahahaha!
Sure. Hoops. Football. Mizzou has had runs of very good. But they've never won anything.
happens earlier every yearFIU has fired HC Ron Turner. 1st HC axe to fall this year.
Also, Notre Dame fired DC Brian VanGorder.

That LSU team has been a massive disappointment. They returned everyone from a good team and somehow managed to massively regress. Something ain't right.Man that Auburn vs LSU match up was brutal, there was a ton of speculation this week leading up to the game that it was basically a cage match elimination game where the loser was going to get canned. LSU wants to set themselves up to be the leader for Herman.
