This is what my point was earlier. Thinking Mike ****ing Bohn is the primary reason Helton is being retained is laughable. He's taking marching orders, plain and simple.

Interesting that the new president dug her heels in on Helton. It doesn’t seem like a hill worth dying on.

Sending a message to the good ole boy network that has called the shots far too long, athletically and otherwise. It’s what got them in this mess. She’s gonna root it out. Part of a bigger plan to her.

Actually, it was Mike Bohn not controlling the narrative. You apparently think leaving a situation at a football blue blood just twisting in the wind is unimportant, but it is. All this confirms is Mike Bohn has no idea how to run a P5 football program.
In your previous post, you said it’s just who Mike Bohn is taking marching orders, and then here saying it’s him not controlling the narrative. Those don’t reconcile. It’s clear he is just doing what he’s told.

If that’s really her goal, she will be unemployed soon, too. She can dig her heels in all the way to the unemployment line. The good OL boys still run USC, and she’d be well served to figure that out.

Or not. I actually enjoy the drama. It’s fun to watch another program step on its dick for once.

UNLV has interviewed Harrell. AD is looking for a hot up and coming offensive coordinator to hit on the next Day or Riley.

Did Eno Benjamin declare for the NFL? Assuming that happens, it's a monster blow to that offense. One of the best backs I've seen in the Pac-12 since we joined.
ASU has the #24 RB committed, and they also have the most crystal balls I can see for Daniyel Ngata, the #2 APB on 247s with a .9736 composite rating. They are reloading.

Surprised that CSU fired Bobo

Sure, but the real question is who do they hire?

If you’re CSU, how does firing a coach now (Lefty gonna be too busy updating this thread to binge Fox News), work out?

Yes they had bowl hopes ‘til almost the end but now they’re pretty damn far down the list of options for “jobs I’ve dreamed of...”

They do reconcile actually. If it took him that long to figure out marching orders, yikes.

Bohn didn’t botch the situation because he didn’t create it but he certainly let it drag on longer than it needed to go. Everyone thought Helton would be fired last year and he came back. We spent months now with rumors he was a lame duck waiting to be fired again. Then the school spent another 11 days deciding on if they went to keep him and early signing day is what, 14 days away?

LOL at USC, they are destroying their program right now. It’ll be easy to come back for them eventually. But back to back to back years of missing out on gift wrapped talent is going to put them behind Washington, Stanford and Oregon in depth and possibly others.

I’m going to enjoy this while I can. Eventually they’ll get out of their own way.

Well, now that USC is off the market, obviously CSU will get Urban. /s

Lol why? They won 7 games total the last two years in his fifth year. They have no business being that bad. Have you seen his record against rivals? That alone will get you fired
1. They improved in every facet this year I felt, despite losing their Starting QB.
2. Their OL has sucked for a couple years and really is dragging down their offense. Poor recruiting 3 & 4 years ago on OL hitting home. That part of staff is no longer there
3. Team did not quit on him. This is really my #1
4. Returns everybody but Jackson for next year.
5. It's CSU, who wants that job?
6. Players respect him

THey improves in every part of the game but only by one win. That isn’t enough in year 5. No matter what people here say, CSU is one of the top G5 jobs in the country, they won’t have an issue attracting coaches.
