Well tucker just said the other day that it isn’t hot here so maybe there is a little difference in philosophy here.I assume CU does post and pre weights. Players should be held out if they have not recovered their weight.
Saturday was hot and sunny.
He’s used to Georgi heat/humidity this time of year. Of course this isn’t “hot” to him. It’s still ****ing hotWell tucker just said the other day that it isn’t hot here so maybe there is a little difference in philosophy here.

It’s not even that bad right now calm down. He’s used to Georgi heat/humidity this time of year. Of course this isn’t “hot” to him. It’s still ****ing hot
False.Exactly-90+ is ****ing hot.......regardless of what the humidity is
It was 96 degrees on Saturday. That’s hot, but I appreciate you trying to dictate what qualifies as hot and what doesn’t.It’s not even that bad right now calm down.
High of 93 in boulder and they started at 8:50 in the morning dude. Let’s calm it down a little. But thanks for playing. It was 96 degrees on Saturday. That’s hot, but I appreciate you trying to dictate what qualifies as hot and what doesn’t.
BIB get those nasty thoughts out off your head, I agree DB's are young. The reports out of camp though is those skinny little guys battle what I think most posters here consider to be the best WR and one of the best WR groups in the nation everyday and are making plays. Won't matter who CU is playing if they aren't disrupting the passer. Plus it's aug.
It could get really bad if the front seven doesn’t stay healthy too, we don’t need abrams and Blackmon being forced to make a lot of tackles. Not trying to be negative, just a bit of sunshine pumping going around and we should be realistic about the challenges we may face this year. As far as talent and ceiling, I think this year's CB group is better than last year's. I've been high on Miller and think he could be great if he stays healthy. Sounds like Blackmon is looking good in camp, and Abrams shows flashes of NFL talent. I'm just echoing Duff's concern on depth. We already need one of Perry/Trujillo/Oats to show up and be able to contribute in Nickel/Dime rotations WITHOUT injuries. We get banged up and we've got backup safeties and true freshman. Udoffia being a former corner could help, but he has struggled quite a bit and we haven't heard anything on him yet this camp at a position that is also very thin. Not promising. Seems like in college football at some point your weaknesses shine through and bite you.
Again, thank you for attempting to be the resident heat authority here.High of 93 in boulder and they started at 8:50 in the morning dude. Let’s calm it down a little. But thanks for playing.
I'll wait for @Medford M. To chime in on this. Can't it be both? Inspiring because he proved beyond doubt that he's willing to empty the tank all the way. A teachable moment because he needs to not be doing that unless it's a game.
That would be me.Again, thank you for attempting to be the resident heat authority here.
Weird how the last coach was known for DB recruiting and development, but this team in a **** show for depth at the position. If anyone knew how screwed you could be without db depth, it would have been him.Not trying to be negative, just a bit of sunshine pumping going around and we should be realistic about the challenges we may face this year. That's a pretty good scale. But having lived in Phoenix 40 years, I can deal with 100's. At 110 it starts becoming hard to breathe.I'll refer to my own scientific scale of temperatures:
40s and below: ****ing freezing
50s: cold
60s: cool
70s: perfect
80s: warmish
90s: uncomfortable, bordering on hot
100s: ****ing hot
110s: wtf
120s: WTF

The irony of this post is astounding.I believe @B_Walk's taking a moment thread allowed us to dump FHCMM and hire Mel Tucker-who will be the winningest coach in Colorado history by the time he retires from here.
I could have really cared less how my teammates practiced as long as they took it seriously.I'll wait for @Medford M. To chime in on this.

What's the rating scale for 125+ ?
I have always thought he is an explosion waiting to happen. They’re not the same, but his athleticism reminds me of PRich. His explosiveness and the way he can run. Between injuries and other struggles, it just seems he hasn’t hit his stride. Now, with the WR core being as deep as it is....who knows how things will play out with him. That said, I am rooting for the kid, and hope to see him make some noise this year.....he would be a fun one to watch have some success.
Let’s be brutally honest for a second. Are we looking at a 3 win season? CSU, Air Force, Arizona.. Maybe 4 with win against the corncobs?
I'm asking for some educated honest input. This team is better than 3 wins. Put the preseason mags down.
I'm asking for some educated honest input.
CSU - always the season defining game. If we lose this one we are in trouble (we will win)
Nebraska - Rivalry 50/50 on this one
Air Force - This one scares me because its in state but i think CU wins this
ASU - 0-5 @ Tempe
Arizona - Should win this one at home...maybe
Oregon - 1-5 since 2011 and they are expected to be a top 10 team
WSU - should be competing for the north this year, game in Pullman
USC - Never have beaten them
UCLA - (?) hard to imagine Chip Kelly won't have the kinks figured out. Game @ UCLA
Stanford - (?)
Washington - We've gotten murdered the last two times we played them. Hopefully lets not go for 4th and long again with a Montez run.
Utah - Always find a way to lose in Utah, picked to win the south
What am I missing?
JVD lost 9 pounds. They were hosed after practice during fan day. Especially those that had a 20 min run period.High of 93 in boulder and they started at 8:50 in the morning dude. Let’s calm it down a little. But thanks for playing.
