The crazy thing is that UW is even here. They really haven’t recruited all that well. They have no 5* players. They obviously hit on their QB, built a great OL and have really good WRs.
That’s a lot of wins they will be vacating.

I think they're around 40% blue chip. So probably the depth of talent we'll see at CU in '25.
It would be peak UW to claim the 2024 NC if UM wins get vacated.
Get the OC and DC hires right and CU can absolutely make a 12 team playoff

That was the one play that I can point to. And then UM had their version (sans the holding call) and it broke it open.
I agree. And in '25 we should have the depth of talent to be a Top 4 going in if, like UW, we get QB right and have things bounce right in our close games.

Penix throws darts/lasers down the stretch this season, then misses some easier ones in the biggest game of his life. Cue further discussion of elite college players skipping the post-season, as it's not out of the question that Penix lost a little money tonight. That questionable hold was a tough call. Not entirely evident on that particular play, but defenses have discovered their version of the flop, which is throwing hands in the air on extended resistance, especially on edge plays.
I couldn’t hear the discussion: why was that targeting call reversed? Looked like every element: lowered head, defenseless player, hit with crown, helmet to helmet…. Oh. Right. It wasn’t CU.
That’s just how they were raised. A total shame. Don’t get me started on the hats in an indoor arena.
FWIW, I think that this year's overhyped QB class is likely to turn out like 2021 when the 1st rounders were Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance, Justin Fields and Mac Jones.
