The mental gymnastics in Fusker Radioland this morning are ****ing epic. Apparently a video of a 15 year old engaged in a sex act doesn’t qualify as child pornography, it’s “revenge porn.” It’s not illegal to have said video on your phone provided that you don’t send it to anyone. Followed by well Washington didn’t think that he was sending out child porn so it doesn’t matter. And these laws are a CA overreaction to the #metoo movement.

What I listed is just scratching the surface, a full listing of the incidents involving fuskers and the law would probably break the board.
Worse is that with the culture in place in Stinkoln we will never know how many criminal and immoral acts never reached the point of any legal documentation because the police declined to act against the desires of the athletic department and instead chose to protect players (and coaches.)
It won't change. The local media, broadcast and print, know that the AD doesn't want this stuff discussed and to do so means they don't get access to the program. No access to the program means that the polyester red population turns them off and they can't sell the advertising needed to stay in business.
We are discussing the stuff that actually made it out. The stuff with Christian Peter, the hiding the gun, Lawrence Phillips, Washington, etc. God only knows about the stuff that didn’t get made public. Sweeping this stuff under the rug, as I said, is who they are. There are undoubtedly dozens of equally sleazy things we will never know about.

I didnt hear that until now. MAN they should really get in trouble for this. Anyone with half a brain can see they were hoping this would blow over and they would get away with it.
To really make them effective at the game freeze them. Slushy ones for the fusker fans, frozen solid for the players.

Just like your little nubbies were badass coming into the 2018 season. Virtually every fusker fan had CU marked down as a victory for the red horde. To bad that they couldn't accept after that they got beat in their own stadium, had to whine and cry about the refs and a clean and legal tackle that put out their savior (oops QB.)
