It was more fun to come on here when you guys were doing good. Nebraska didn't look great so I came on expecting more but then saw your score and the clock issues... yikes. Maybe we can play again this year in a 7-5 vs 7-5 crappy bowl.

Maybe you can get a life and stay on the husker board where you give each other hand jobs about how great you will be, when you've not been great in 24 years?

And GA Tech beats you guys by 3 TDs. Just saying.

That's better... world feels a little more right.

No delusion of greatness from this guy. You might be right about GA Tech but we will never know.

I just noticed what a weak-assed schedule the nubs have lucked into this year:

At Cincinatti (game moved and became essentially a home-game for Nubs).
Nebraska wins that game, but had no chance of stopping Cincy running game.

Akron at Home - awful Akron team
Houston Christian at Home
Michigan at Home - Michigan might be tough by year end, but early, they will not be that good.
Michigan State at Home
@Maryland - finally a road game, but against a perennial cellar dweller.
@Minnesota - TBD on if Minny will bounch back up.
USC at Home
@UCLA - horrific UCLA program that has gone straight to hell
@ Penn State - they will get annihilated. Maybe I'll go to this one.
Iowa at Home

So they play Maryland, Minnesota, UCLA and Penn State on the road. That's it.

What a joke.

If the Cincinattie game had actually been at Cincinatti the Nubs would have lost. Nubs will still have a problem with Michigan, too much talent on the lines. MSU is bad as is Maryland, don't be surprised if those two are a split.
Gophers are tough at home, fuskers bad on the road. UCLA is terrible.
They may stay with Penn State at least until kickoff, then the lose to an improved Iowa team

As good a schedule as they could hope for and will still lose 6 games. Because of their fan base going anywhere warmer than Nebraska for a bowl game (and where isn't?) they will be all puffed up about getting a bowl game only to be overmatched and blown out again ending up sub .500, again.

Preseason picks had Minnesota, UCLA, Michigan State, Maryland all near the bottom. If they truly suck, you get 3 of them on the road, which can be a really lucky draw if you are decent enough to beat poor teams on the road.

Minny and MSU both ran the ball well against Buffalo and W.Michigan respectively. That looked to be the concern in the Husker defense. It's early.

I would not be surprised to start to see some real progress from Michigan State this year. I believe in Jonathan Smith. Took the Beavs from winless in Pac12 to top 25 his last 2 years and they just missed a bowl in year 2. That's my upset special in Lincoln.

These ****ers gonna make me root for Michigan.

I don't disagree with you - we probably lose to Michigan, USC and Penn State for sure... I guessed 7-5. We just aren't a good team yet. I really think there is a good chance we get paired in a bowl game if you guys can scratch out 7 wins in the weak ass big 12.

Are you still under the delusion that Temu Mahomes is anything more than a game manager?

Big Ten is much better at the top, but after the top few teams, the Big Ten has NOTHING on the Big 12.

By bottom of the Big Ten, I mean the traditional bottom dwellers. Gemini tells me:
Over the last decade, the Big Ten's worst-performing teams include Rutgers, Illinois, and Purdue, with Rutgers having the lowest conference win percentage among teams that have been in the conference for the entire period. Other consistently struggling teams over the decade include Indiana and Nebraska.

Have never been delusional about him but the early results are pretty good for a kid through 2 games as a sophomore. 6TDs and no Interceptions. Granted last game was against a really bad Akron team and Cinci in week 1 should have had a pick. Will find out more in 2 weeks against Michigan.
