He needs to catch that ball. And Montez needs to release that quicker and step into it. Ball should be there as Viska is coming out of his break to look for it.

I’ll be fair and not put that on Montez. It hit Viska in the chest cleanly

Why does Montez always step in the bucket when he throws to his left instead of squaring the shoulders and stepping into it? Sefo had the same issue.

You want to change QB's after the receiver drops a ball? There have been plenty of throws Montez has screwed up, but that drive wasn't one of them.

amazing how well AFA has a line of blockers for those outside runs. seems they are able to have one more blocker than defender

The obvious thing in this game is that our offense should have been able to hang 30+ on these guys. Triple option loses its effectiveness when trailing. Too many missed opportunities on offense.

Defense is catching blockers, no blitzes, no looks to try to throw off the QB's reads.

All the missed long throws are huge now at this point! Receivers needed at least a chance to catch it. Their DB’s could not compete with our receivers on 50/50 balls
