What makes RG pull the trigger?

I'm thinking a 30+ loss, otherwise you wait for the bye week. But what if the Buffs win in Tucson? Then this gets dragged out for another month or two.

There's really no reason to wait for the bye week, IMO, as I'm not sure what that really does for a team this bad. They aren't playing for anything meaningful, and they don't need 2+ weeks for the same staff in place to game plan for Arizona.

Going to Tucson 0-4 with 4 blowout losses and the same HC isn't going to produce different results, but you may get the "interim coach bump" and have a shot at beating the 2nd most beatable team on the schedule (ASU being #1) if you fire him after this week, and avoid going winless.
