Deep breath. UWs only success on offense has come after needing to go for it on 4th down twice. Defense playing well, but offense needs to step it up.

We get the ball to start the 2nd half. Chev needs to get his head out of his ass and we have a great shot here.
Tonz got leveraged and tossed into the backfield. It was as bad as it gets. And it was an awesome play by the DL.
We can’t beat these guys if we keep running up the middle on first down. We don’t have the horses for that! Chev! Stop channeling your inner Lindgren!!!!
Hopefully we can go back to being a 2nd half team today.

I remember giving my Boise State friend **** when we hired Hawkins telling him that they would fade to obscurity. He has never let me forget that day.
Dude wasn't Tonz's assignment though.
Watch again. Tonz is moving to his right, and Kaiser is moving to the Washington player. The guy gets a good jump, is in the right gap, and catches Tonz in the right spot. It looked really cool, but he just got the perfect opportunity to truck a guy and took advantage.
