I’ve always been concerned that Chev just simply isn’t smart enough to be an OC. he’s better off as a player coach, this is just embarrassing, opposing defenses can play so comfortably

Ah. Good point. Damn Shrout is pretty bad, can’t even make first or second string with a blown out knee, definitely not good enough.
For no reason. He has had plenty of time to throw the ball. This offense isn’t designed around long developing routes and 7 step drops. He is simply not throwing it and needs to be sat down
I don’t care how bad our second string guy is. At this point a potted plant would be a more effective quarterback. I would prefer they put in the Chicago wall-on guy:

Our OL really sucks. Our WR are playing like ****. Our QB is scared and won’t get rid of the ball. This will be a long season. I’d love to see things turn around, but there’s no indication that will happen anytime soon.
This could get ugly from a score standpoint. D is going to collapse at some point

That team at least scored in the 30s a few times against P5 teams, not sure this team will manage that.

Lol he isn’t even a good player coach. He’s a good recruiter when he tries. He’s not trying, he’s a bad OC, and he’s not even an average player coach. He needs to be gone yesterday
