Official Colorado vs. Oregon game thread

You do realize the #1 influence on a young man's decision is...his mama. Who do you think most mama's are going to lean toward - Lanning or Prime? Money is a big factor, but don't ever count out a mother's influence on sending her boy where character and integrity rule and they're watched over by someone they trust.
Mac killed it with this style of recruiting.

He needs to come back to Colorado if OB can't recruit monsters. Fire him and bring in someone who can

Coach Hart only saving grace is his potential and more importantly, JuJu Mitchell. That said, Bentley and Ham are backups at best. Brown is not a linebacker. They need to up some NIL to solve these issues and bring in 4 and 5 stars in the front 6 as well as trenches.

2024 recruiting should look like getting two WRs to replace Weaver and Antonio
Fixing the OL
Getting a big TE
Getting a top transfer corner to pair with Travis and McClain
Getting a lot of starters on the front 6.

Anyone that's a top talent and not being used right, come to CU.
Did that
As for 2024 goals
Wester and Sheppard- check
Fixing the OL - X
Getting a big TE - check, I should have said getting a good big TE
McClain bailed but I am happy with Mckinney and Hodge - check
Getting a lot of starters on the front 6 - check

Results - 9 wins. Losing our RBs hurt big time. I think losing Edwards was worth two wins and we didn't fix the OL although we tried. I do think we kept our RBs, fixed the OL, and got a good big TE, we would be in the CFP and Big XII champions

I love this guy. When I was in high school, we went to several Colorado Rockies games (NHL team in Denver before they moved to New Jersey). Don was the coach, and we would hang out after the games to see him meet with the press and interact with the fans. Funny dude. And, no offense to @#1 pick but your hypotheticals made me think of the video.

Don Cherry is an all time classic. Losing the Rockies was a huge low point in Denver sports history. I remember being at a game against Boston. Jim Craig was their keeper. A brawl broke out. Fights all over the ice. A fan reached over the glass behind the Penguin bench and dumped a full beer on their coach’s head. The coach went nuts and tried climbing over the glass to get to the fan. I think that game set an NHL record, at that time, for penalty minutes in a game.

January 3, 1981. 287 penalty minutes. Ranks 17th all time to date but was 4th all time at that time.

Kansas State, I could be convinced.

I don’t think Edwards makes a noticeable difference against Nebraska or Kansas. We got whooped. One running back catching passes out of the backfield and wouldn’t have changed that

Nebraska would have made a massive difference
