Ponder coming in next at QB?
Where was Staub at the end of theGT game? What did I just see? Ryan Staub took us 75 yards in 36 seconds. Am I taking crazy pills?
now let's put in the backup offensive play caller
Absolute best comment in months!!!!!now let's put in the backup offensive play caller
I think CP sees putting in Staub as a message to the team that they need to step it the **** up, or any ole JAG is going to get their shot.I haven’t read all the comments, but first half thoughts:
- Salter keeps pulling up on roll outs and not taking the easy first down with his legs
- Why are we fair catching on punts when nobody is within 15 yards
- Pass rush from the edge is not great
- Pulling Salter this early is odd. Juju needs reps but get those in the fourth quarter when up by 28 pts
- Are we searching for a full time QB? Playing three is just off unless the position is truly up for grabs.
I say rotation is Staub, juju, tjenWe need a halftime flash poll predicting who will come out as the QB to start the second half.
Can’t argue with the resultsWhat a **** show
I hate how hard that .gif goes, someone needs to put Chip's head over Tucker's face.
I’m being told by sources that Shurmur called another bubble screen but Staub called his own play in the huddle.
No. Fake bubble right, release the back side TE bubble screen left. Game = OverWe are saving the double bubble screen for the conference season.
BingoIf I'm Juju, watching this OC and rotational QB's without being given a shot with real plays to drive downfield, I'm portal bound. This is toxic behavior by Shurmur
Yeah, definitely a message to all the starters, especially Salter and Lewis. They were probably shocked Staub actually did something.I think CP sees putting in Staub as a message to the team that they need to step it the **** up, or any ole JAG is going to get their shot.
Salter, like last week, was decent and not as bad as it probably seems, but left a lot of meat on the bone. Seeing the playcalling from Shurmur, and the fluidity of the depth chart, it's not hard to see why he'd be inside of his own head and not just playing to his strengths.
He’s focusing on QB as the issue when the real issue is OC. Prime is blind on this matter.I think CP sees putting in Staub as a message to the team that they need to step it the **** up, or any ole JAG is going to get their shot.

If Staub comes out for the second half, 3-9 is the end record.
