I hope so. Salter's biggest problem is between his hears. He simply does not process the game fast enough. He was going to throw to OMiller even if he was quadruple covered. He simply cannot make reads.
Salter's biggest problem is that while he's one hell of an athlete... he's a **** QB... **** passer, **** field reader... decent runner tho

Anyone wanna explain when we have that jumbo package... or whatever you want to call it... do we run away from the giant lineman going downhill

Infuriating how hesitant Salter is to run the ball, starting to wonder if it's a coaching thing with Shurmur because Salter rushed for over 1000 yards in 2023.

Either way it's obvious Salter needs to be more willing to run the ball, it's his strength and he's blown so many opportunities passing the ball when he could've easily run the ball for a significant gain. The GT game arguably swung when he threw a bomb to the end zone with a TON of running room in front of him on 3rd down (think we were up 7-0 at that point.

HUGE stop there, have to take advantage.
I thought I heard somewhere that Salter is trying to prove he can pass so he can get a shot in NFL.
