They aren't going to get better until the talent is better. They don't have the talent to be better.

Substitution issues and horrific schemes isn't a talent issue - there isn't a ****ing reason in the world for Lewis to not bring in a h back and te tight to help block. Not a ****ing reason in the world you can't have a more creative run game other than dive with a 160lb RB. Adjusting to a slant isn't a talent issue. Long list.
