Returning punts takes a special person, Blackmon just does not have what it takes mentally to be the punt returner.
 
playing better upfront on offense and chiv stopped getting cute. gotta stay uptempo and you can't lose on down/distance so much to do that.

we need to put another couple scores on them and not give any up. style points are starting to matter.
 
Athletically Blackmon is a natural born punt returner........unfortunately, he just seems to always make the wrong decision.
