Official Game Thread: CU at BYU (8pm MT, ESPN2)

WE'd be getting slaughtered if the refs weren't so quick with the whistle. BYU's defensive philosophy seems to be to reach in and hope to get ball every now and then.

Hah. Brad is obviously going for CU. It's actually kinda crazy. Do you think he has money on it?
 
Fortune's near fortune should be to sit his ass on the bench for the better part of a couple of games ... at least until he gets his **** together.

Fouls took White out of the game. He got his fourth with over 14:00 to go. Can't let that happen.
 
Dang, BYU is such a dislikable team. They're the kind of program that does those subtle little dirty things to make up for a lack of athleticism (sour grapes obviously).

A few phantom fouls followed by that missed goal-tend really switched the momentum back to the Cougs for good.
 
Unfortunately we're not quite there yet. Not where we all thought we'd be by now.

Would be great to see Peters, Brown, and Siewart start getting a ton of playing time where Fortune has been playing. I mean, if we're losing anyway, might as well get our Freshman some experience.

Could that be because he was the only one playing with any real intensity in the 1st half ... especially on defense? That's an issue that Tad needs to address ... toute de suite.

I'm just not seeing it happen this year. We are full of holes.
