*** Official Pac-12 Tournament Game Thread: #10 Colorado v #2 Oregon ***

That switching on high screens killed us. Joe young (while good) didnt need to score 30+ or however much he ended up with. Adjustments needed to be made, and they were not. Also, they could NOT miss in the second half, and it was still a game towards the end. They didnt roll over.

Sad that booker had to go out with a relatively poor showing - total bummer for a great buff. Good to see jelly, DT & Fletch have nice games this tourney, and dom seems to be coming on. Dom, Fortune & XT need to spend the summer standing across from each other on the court, lobbing passes back and forth and learn how to break a press. what happened early in the game with the turnovers was a joke.

Not sure what the deal is with wes & XJ. Hopefully those two are up in the gym all summer.

rohn said post game that they weren't supposed to be switching, they were supposed to be trapping Young. But Talton forgot to trap and was switching.
 
XT role..... Needs to be redefined. No D.


Become the 3 pt assassin perhaps? Much to ponder there.
 
The achilles' heel of this team was identified in pre-season practices, no lock-down defender ever appeared. I'm disappointed, because defending is defined by effort. Guys like Hopkins have the ability to be great defenders, but nobody stepped up. We win this game if someone could defend like the mayor.
