Official Phillip Lindsay Really is the first undrafted rookie in the ProBowl Thread

I was looking for a PL thread, and this came up.
All-Pro as a rookie
1st undrafted NFL back > 1,000 yards, 1st 2 years.

Trying to showcase his skills, he signed with Seattle last week (XFL). On at 5 mdt:

D.C. Defenders vs. Seattle Sea Dragons7 p.m.ESPN2

I have been trying to figure out what the deal is with him.

He didn't suffer to my knowledge any kind of career ending or debilitating injury, he hasn't had the kind of heavy use that usually erodes a RBs skills and effectiveness.

Understand that he has a limited skillset and is not a fit for every offense but it's hard to imagine that there isn't one offense in the league that benefit from having his as one of their primary ballcarriers, he has proven he can be effective.

RBs are not valued to begin with, and as much as we love PMFL, he doesn’t play all three downs or special teams. Tough to make a roster.

What you are saying is true, but what helped Elway finally get a SB? Yeah, I get they had a good o-line too. He didn't have Bobby Humphrey or Sammie Winder behind him, he had a Hall of Famer.

This is a good game so far. 2nd Q. Not much from PL, except a 2 point conversion run.
Playing for a playoff berth.
Better camera positioning/use - altho ESPN.

For kickoffs, the kicker kicks, but doesn't go downfield right away. Everybody else, except the return man, remains immobile, until the ball is caught. Cuts down on injuries, still possible to have a good return. I saw 3 returns, all to about the 30
