Apparently it's the referees fault and bad luck, great play by the team but bad bounce, awesome recruiting just not showing up in the rankings, etc., that are the reason why we are losing.
 
Montez is a sophomore. Giving another guy a shot should be in the realm of consideration.

This is not Montez fault he plays in a dumb ass offensive scheme! Montez is not currently a pocket passer! Create the offense around what he does well. Quick throws, rollouts, things that work for his skill set. Agreed that his accuracy is crap right now, and these throws are terrible, but he is not in a good offense for him.
 
I get we're not playing well but the "that was the death blow" seems a bit premature. The only significant pass play for WSU is a play that Oliver gets hurt and can't keep coverage. It's not like their offense is killing it either.

Why are these idot announcers acting like you only have to give the punt returner space when they call for a fair catch? You can argue about whether or not they gave Oliver room, but whether he signaled for the fair catch or not is irrelevant.
 
At some point someone other than Lindsay is actually going to have to make a play. Play action should work great if we could actually throw a catchable pass.

Or use a qb that can throw accurately. Isn’t that kind of the most essential quality?
 
gonna need to try and throw the ball again at some point. Montez is shook bad though. Ugh.
 
Lindgren is calling a dumb ass game right now. Why not some intermediate passes to pick up short yards?
 
Guys: just bad luck and bad bounces etc., great recruiting just not showing up yet, awesome coaching but needs more time, 10 wins no excuses, refs are screwing us, tough to play on the road in conference, bright future, give Eliot more time, losing Leavitt didn't matter, we're paying our assistants a lot of money so it doesn't matter if they're actually good, stars don't matter.

Montez looks like hot garbage tonight. I probably could get closer to a completed pass tossing one out the window going down the interstate.
 
I'd call a couple runs for Montez followed by a short easy pass. He has always played better when he is running.
