The Virginia-State Penn game was tough to watch - the Cowardly Lions were in the Virginia end of the field the whole game but refused to score, and they only gave up 3 drives to VA the whole game - but each one was a score for them. Two or three years ago, VA was losing to Wm & Mary. Wm & Mary MIGHT get the nod as "worse than Sac State" except Wm & Mary have so many more local players to choose from.
