Other Games 10/7-10/9

Totally agreed about Indiana and ISU but let's see how these last 3 quarters play out. I was thinking that PSU was the one living a lie but maybe I'm wrong on that.
They took care of Indiana as well, but also beat Wisconsin (not as good as preseason hype either, so comparable to ISU win for Iowa maybe), but also beat Auburn. But yes, we’ll see, I’m fully prepared to eat my words

Go Dawgs.

Had Texas +3.5 and Miss -5 in my pool. Both coughed up the spread on the last play of the game. And within a minute of each other.

Beavers up on the Cougs 7-3. If Smith can continue to do more with less, I wonder if someone pulls him away

BYU getting exposed by Boise State as the most perennially overrated team since Notre Dame ... at least so far.

Nothing fancy today from Georgia but they're gonna end up with a very workmanlike win. Auburn did score a TD, so there's that

It’s equally fun and disheartening to watch such great football games, teams, players and coaching. It leaves me wondering if we as CU fans will ever get to experience this again.

Especially for any of us who lived thru CU football in the 90's, we were a national name and were often involved in one of the 3 or 4 biggest games each week. Unfortunately I've reached a point where I don't feel we'll ever get back to that. Fortunately for me I love college football so much that even without a team that is relevant my passion for the game remains extremely high. Still, I can't help but think how awesome it would if we had a badass program and were one of these teams being discussed regularly week in and week out.
