I would think someone like JuJu would have done due diligence on Shurmer. From what I have read, JuJu gets the ball out of his hands fast (I think faster than SS2) and he wouldn't be able to dance around like SS2 does. But JuJu won't have TH12 unless someone emerges or comes in from the portal.
 
I wasn't a fan of the new college football structure before this season started but I have to said I'm sold. Maybe we need to expand the CFP to 14 sooner than later.

I think Shurmur gets a very bad wrap because of the Broncos tenure, but its pretty clear he's got the trust of CP. Good enough for me.


Air Force about to win again. They'll get to 5-7 and then win 10 games next year. Something to watch, and games down there are hella fun.

He's mobile. That's a big deal. Shedeur is elusive as heck in the pocket but he's not mobile. On top of that, he's good at the playaction and he's great at RPOs.

It'll depend on execution, but ASU and Colorado could unironically be the "Big Fish" for a while. Though I'd bring in a transfer 1 year QB instead of relying on a physically immature freshman.

Edit: This is said knowing there's a very good chance ASU loses to Arizona because that's just how the Cup games go sometimes.

Wtf are you talking about, I didn't go to Angelo State, that would be Moses? I went to T Tech for 2 and a half years and finished up at the football powerhouse that is Fort Lewis. :ROFLMAO:

I think Venables is just one of those guys whose ceiling is a coordinator, not a head coach. He did win 10 in his second year, I think? Other than that, he's been a little over mediocre there. He has killed it as a DC over his career, 2 national titles. That's what he is, man.

Is it?

The 3 teams they beat are 9-2, 9-2, and 8-3, at least 2 will be ranked this week, probably all three. All were ranked higher than 20 when KU played them.

So furking stupid, there was about a 5% chance that some stupid 4th level tiebreaker about common opponents wasn't going to decide at least one of the P4 CCG lineups.

It ain't happening, but the only redemption for this would be the loser of the SEC CCG falling from like 10th to 13th in the final rankings and getting left out. Well, maybe that happens if the Aggies win next week.
