I still have bad, bad, bad nightmares of a certain Fresno State game. One of my lowest points as a fan of this program. Still can’t believe I watched that whole game.

Won more than I lost gambling today, thanks to Kansas and Hawaii.
Not a bad week 0.
I'm betting Cincinnati Wednesday night. Line is Nubs -6.5. My guess is that'll be close to 10 by then.
Not touching CU. I need to see us play first.
Grabbing Arizona early this week (they have Hawaii at home). Likely betting Clemson-that feels like a spot where LSU ****s the bed.
The under might be the best bet in Texas-Ohio State I think. Feels like a game that will be very similar to Farmageddon today......sloppy as hell for a half, and then we wind up with a 20-17 or something like that final because they're both starting new QBs in a massive spot.

Isn't an AFA team who started 1-7 last year (they did have a great November) picked fairly high in that league?
I was a groomsman in a wedding that night. I was pissed at my friend (who was also a CU fan) for scheduling the wedding during a CU game. I guess he actually did me a favor. I remember walking out of the reception room to the hotel bar every 15 minutes, looking at the TV, and being like, "WTF? Ok, I know they will come back..."
Oh, I was at the game in the rain at AFA as well. So excited to see my first game at AFA. Heard great things about the flyover, etc. Instead, we got a cold, light rain and some really ****ty CU football. Also brutal.
I was in person for both of those in my college and near post college days. I was also there for WVU, Georgia and OU during that stretch. A few incredible highs and many extreme lows.

I was unfortunately at 3 of those, wish I had been drunk enough to not remember. Also want to add Washington State which was the begiinning of the program falling apart when Bitsy Hoffman threw GB under the bus rather have enough spine to support a bunch of Black athletes who were falsely accused of being rapist by a power hungry politician (Mary Keenan) and a TV reporter looking for a sensational story (Paula Woodward) that didn't have to be true.
We can pretty much consider everything from the start of the "scandal" until the hiring of Prime as an embarrassment to the university and the fans.

I posted last year sometime that ISU was gonna be pretty good. With Becht, and abu sama and usual big guys and keeping his coordinators like Haycock or hiring in program like Taylor Mouser.
A lot of us were too busy bashing the Big XII in favor of the Pac for a decade to pay attention.....and too many posts like Matt Campbell missed his chance to take a Big 10 job and 5 or 6 win ISU sucks.
