Brewer is another Texas QB miss. So bad.
Did they put him in the game? I quit watching.
After he committed I saw him in one of the under armour games or something and he threw 3 interceptions in 4 passes or something like that.
Mack Brown kept recruiting QBs of high school programs that had big winning percentages, and were winning state championships etc... The problem is that DBT could have been the QB at most of these programs and won the state championship. Instead of recruiting on talent they recruited on team success. See: Case McCoy, Garrett Gilbert, David Ash, Connor Wood, Conner Brewer
Not sure which Brewer Duff was referring to but I was talking about Michael Brewer for VT, who transferred from TT.

Cue Hokies undefeated talk. Easy schedule.
Great, this doesn't seem like a game OSU pulls out every year.

Yes the schedule is very manageable but they're pretty young so it wouldn't be that surprising to see them drop a game to someone like Pitt or UNC.
Let the Hokies finish here--but that was a key pick.
I remember 2005 when there were three Big 10 teams ranked in the top 10, and the all lost in the same weekend. This has been a rough weekend for the legends and leaders.
On the bright side for the B1G, Iowa and Nebraska scored in the final minutes of their games to knock off Ball State and McNeese State. Even more impressive was Illinois finding a way to come back and find a way to beat Western Kentucky.
I really believe that at least half the teams in that conference would be real threats to win the MAC this year.
