Other Games week of 9/1-9/5

They do that after every TD
Just turned the game on and probably haven’t watched a game of theirs in a decade or maybe ever. Figured it was a thing they did, but is it new? Old?

Was just saying I liked it. I think Buffs basketball should do it after we get a dunk or 3, make the opponent play in strobes.

I hate Pedo State but if the games we have had tonight are representative this is going to be a fun season.

College football is so back!

Get these conference commissioners in a room and have them find a way to bring games like this and CU-Nebraska back. Like everybody plays eight conference games and you play any rival you lost or are losing to realignment anyway in that extra spot-power 5 teams only. I mean CU and Nebraska is case in point.

Nothing shuts up the people who are complaining about the tradition of the sport going away because of realignment like that.

Grand Valley is always really good. They've thumped CSU-Pueblo a couple times over the last decade and they're on the sked again. Think the RMAC will be a one-bid league this year.
Word I'm getting is that Pueblo is a little down on talent this year as well.

We are used to Wristen starting every season as a quality contender for the league title, may not be the case this year. They finished 6-5 last year.

Mines is expected to be the class of the league, Western has been steadily improving and showed up in the national rankings, a Mesa again should be tough.

I think you are right about a one bid league and would be surprised if that isn't Mines. It is pretty rare though for Pueblo to be down long, should be a fun season to follow.

Well, it will be clear pretty soon. Pueblo's first four games are @#24 Midwestern State, vs. #5 Grand Valley State, vs. #17 Western, and at #4 Mines.

A couple of intriguing under the radar games tomorrow nationally:

NC State, with high preseason expectations, go to Greenville to play a dangerous road game against ECU.

North Carolina travles to Boone for the first time ever and the town has been fired up for this one for weeks
