Other Games week of 9/30-10/2

Could be wrong, but they always struck me as a program that was content to have an established identity, great game day atmosphere, and a team that wins you 8 or 9 games a year. They’ve exceeded that mark of late, but not sure if they are going to chase after being something more at the expense of their identity, even if it means they don’t break through to Ohio State or Michigan status.
“Michigan Status” ain’t so great. I don’t think many folks realize that Michigan isn’t a top program anymore. Michigan last won the BIG in 2004. This century, Michigan has a similar record to Iowa. Wisconsin has consistently been a better program than Michigan for at least 15 years.

Dumpster Fire ending for Fresno

Final drive from one end of the field to the 10 yard line, 10 seconds left, down 3, FG ties it and into OT

Fresno QB proceeds to throw his 4th INT for the game

They have limited resources too but man they always seem to be trying to find a way to move things forward. I really like Smith as a coach. Now that my daughter goes there, it’s easy to cheer for them
Except for those tatted methy Ducks fans, does anybody really root against the Beavs?

I think a lot of Pac 12 fans look forward to the opportunity once or twice each season to scream "pound the beavers!!!" in a crowded arena without being judged.

Pretty crazy stat but then again there probably haven't been very many B1G top 5 matchups over the past 59 years.

I would expect that they have had a lot of top 5 matchups over that time span but it has been very rare that either Ohio State or Michigan hasn't been at the top of the league so they would almost always include one of those two.

Would almost be like looking at the old Big 8 and looking for top 5 matchups that didn't include Oklahoma or Nebraska. In the few years that OU wasn't at the top kNU was likely to be.

Even the year that CU finished #3 nationally those two were ahead of them.

PAC 8/10/12 how many years would they have had a top 5 game that wasn't including USC?
