Other games weekend of 11/22 - 11/24

When I decided to root for OSU in this one, this is NOT what I wanted. I was hoping for “close” and “barely”. Not “total” and “blowout”.

looks like a TD to me

edit: wow, that's a pretty big over turn.....i think it's right but i'm surprised they put points on the board against the call on the field. don't see that much.

Saban and Dabo have to be convulsing in laughter watching Michigan, tOSU, and Oklahoma. Lots of athletes, very few football players.

Would anybody be shocked if Alabama and Clemson are not the two teams in the national championship this season? I don't think Notre Dame is on the level of those two (they're going to unload on USC). Same with whoever is #4. This opens the door for Oklahoma, and I think OU is in if they win the Big 12 given they'd avenge their only loss in the CCG.

Congrats to Tulane for getting its 6th win for bowl eligibility today. Willie Fritz has done a nice job there. Couple impressive wins this year by beating Memphis and USF, too. To be clear, he's not a candidate for CU. But he is doing good work with that program.

Because he's gotta go through Ohio State to get to the promised land and he's lost to them now four times in a row.

If he loses next year, then it would be time to start asking that question. As it is, he has them in great shape.

I think Klatt does a good job but the last several minutes the announcing team has been talking like Ohio State is the official favorite team of everyone on Planet Earth.

Agree 100%. That's not an easy place to coach either.

Ohio State rolling up 62 points against the nation's #1 defense sure is horrible football. You can't win like this! Run the damn ball and slow it down, Urban!
Michigan benefited from not playing any top level offenses until now, but their defense was salty af and OSU was dominating them even before the injuries hit during this game. Real impressive by Day.

I'm rooting for Tennessee to boat race Vanderbilt. Would potentially be nice for CU in a couple ways if that job opened up.

1. Potential landing spot for Macintyre.
2. Derek Mason would be a great DC for us.
3. CJ Ah You would be a great DL coach for us.

Hoping to see some dominoes fall.

Not sure if this has been discussed here or elsewhere, but Meyer looks like he's aged a decade or more in the last year or two. Jeez.

They’re hyperspectral - super amped, but undisciplined. If they can harness their energy for good, they’ll be on to something.

I'm no coach, but I don't think that 3rd & 17 is where you want your offense to be when on the road at Alabama.
