I wouldn't rule them out. Nobody has played Bama remotely close and Georgia had them on the ropes and were a routine FG from going up 17.

my feeling is this was UGA's chance to beat Bama. they damned near did it again.....but it's a playoff. not a guarantee of rematch.
ND hasn't lost, Bama hasn't lost, Clemson hadn't lost.....#4 is up for grabs....OU has beat every team on their schedule. Ohio State demolished Michigan but looked like ass against Maryland despite herbstreit and heather dinich saying "urban's team is peaking like they do".

UGA’s defense wasn’t why they lost.
And they lost to a ****ty Purdue.
That actually helped UGA (in a weird way). Bama was going to score. That just gave UGA more time when they got the ball back.
