Other games weekend of 9/13-9/15

Frost said this would be Troy’s Super Bowl on Wednesday or Thursday. Right or wrong, I don’t think Nebraska is in a place yet for their coach to say that publicly.

More analysis on the Huskers: they are losing the TO battle 2-1 and gave up a punt return for a TD. They do have the First Down edge 12-4. I imagine they are going to have to take care of the ball in the 2H.

Jeez Nubs.

Maybe their fans should consider how much **** talking and cheapshotting they do before they get pissed at other teams.

Oh, and Frost is cementing his reputation as a whiny bitch.

Focus on how your team is playing, dip****.

I am beginning to think that Jimbo Fisher may have made a very wise decision to leave Florida State on his own terms before his reputation got shredded.

Yep. But if he left it this bad it just shows that he doesn't have the overall organizational / CEO skills to manage a program in the long-term. This doesn't bode well for aTm.

I don't think Bunch is that bad.

Martinez is better, but the narrative that they lost to CU and fell behind 17-0 to Troy just because they are missing their starting QB is glossing over their other glaring problems.

Jayhawks up by 17 at the half?

Rutgers, enjoy your new role as undisputed worst team in FBS.

How bad it Rutgers, getting dominated by Kansas.

Kansas actually does look better than they have in recent years, winning two FCS games in a row including a P5 game would be huge for them.

And Nebraska, win or lose, is in full self destruct mode after losing to us last week.

Frost can talk about not rescheduling Akron for December and use the excuse of a conference championship game. Truth is he doesn't want to face a good chance of adding another loss to the season.

That and they're playing a team that won at Death Valley last year.

Considering he chose to come to Nebraska instead of Florida or pretty much every other open job, along with comments he’s made publicly about them being in the CCG, it’s fair to question whether he is really in tune w where Nebraska stands in the hierarchy of college football.

Bunch was actually probably the better QB for that situation against CU. Martinez is more of a running QB who throws off the running game. Bunch has more preparation to run a pass first offense.

Bunch also is not the typical walk-on. He had FCS offers and had he not made it known he wanted to go to Nebraska may have even drawn interest from some lower G5 schools.

He sure is, and I hope everyone is seeing it. He pisses and moans to the refs nearly every play. What a whiny little bitch! He is going to be schooled on losing until his fans hide his body in a cornfield. It'd be better for him, and the nub people, if he can learn to accept his losses with some class and dignity. Probably too lofty a goal since he is a complete douchebag and sore loser.

Yep. Coming up on the schedule and we can hope that it implodes despite all that talent they've collected just as it has at FSU.

It should be noted that he did have a good run at FSU and the last Bowden years didn't exactly produce thrilling results, either.

Couldn't believe he passed on Florida.

I'm really interested to see how Syracuse does against Florida State right now. Seems like they're set up to get them. Playing at home, FSU's pass defense has been horrible, FSU's struggling in general, and Cuse has been lighting things up so far this year.
Tell you what, FSU has big issues on the o-line. Just about every damn time their qb drops back, he's getting hit. He might get the pass off but gets hit regardless. That dude isn't built for that.
