Vegas has a very large Morman population. Makes sense. This game will be very well attended.

At least they get to play in a Pac 12 venue. They should be grateful for that opportunity.
Translation -
Nebraska and Texas both suck but we really wanted one of them in our bowl so that we might actually sell some tickets.
Not many people showed up the first time these two schools played and fewer will this time. Without a TV contract and with TV teams most of the country doesn't even know exist it's going to cost us a bunch of money.
