RIP Pat Summitt

I watched the celebration on ESPN2 last night. Very moving and well done tribute, but I would expect nothing less for Coach Summit.

I am positive that she was very proud that all of her players graduated. There will be life after basketball and she taught that to them also.

I just looked it up and that that is literal (i.e. 100% of her player's graduated). Holy hell, she is the greatest college coach ever.

I said that because that is what I had been hearing since she passed away. I looked it up. Not too many coaches in any sport can say that. Could see a lot of love in that service from family, co-workers, former players, fellow coaches and fans. They even joked about "the glare". Sang some songs that she liked. A true celebration of her life. Her mother was there, in a wheelchair. Hard to lose a child at any age and her child no longer knew who she was.
