Rip Scherer... our new QB coach?

fine...this guy isn't Norm Chow, but I think Scherer is a good coach. He definitely is a better fit for coaching QBs than an inexperienced, but good, WR coach that used to play QB (i.e. Kiesau).

There are a few coaches I'm not ecstatic about, but I still find them much better than who they're replacing. I will reserve my judgements until we see the product on the field in a few years. They coach at CU now, and that alone I think deserves our support for the time being.
