UCLA, ASU, and Arizona all return a ton of contributors who are quite talented. I don't think USC will be a favorite unless they get an upgrade in the coach department.

If somebody is able to lure Ed Orgerron away to be a real Defensive Coordinator, that team would have a real shot at passing them in a couple of years.
