Scott Frost Interview Notes and Comments

Todays presser -

There needs to be a concerted effort, culminating in an executable plan, by the Buff athletic dept to keep the red flood from contaminating Folsom 362 days from now. Get a team on it today. I’m dead serious.

Two things-One, anybody with a Nebraska zip code can't buy tickets through CU. Two, maybe three packs are the only way to get Fusker tickets? If not that, then maybe make people buy Air Force (it annoys the **** out of me that I'm 32 and this game next year is the first time I've seen us play them-I want that crowd just as fired up for that game as the Fuskers), Arizona, or RMS tickets. USC, Stanford, and UW should sell themselves.

It’s hard to blame mistakes (presumably easily corrected ones) after losing 8 more games. I’m not sure he’s cut out to be a head coach.

From Corn (hole) Nation

"Coach Frost on whether Martinez’s injury was at least partially due to dirty play (twisting after he was down in the pile):

I want to be careful in how I answer that...you don’t want to think anyone who plays this game would do that...no one knows intentions but that person...we do have angle that doesn’t look very good. We turned it in to the Big Ten and Pac 12..."
Pardon my French, but what a pussy that guy is. It was clear as day that Martinez did whatever happened to his knee on the cut, as you could see his knee buckle and he was going down before even being hit. Karma demands a dominating Buff victory in Boulder next fall.

I'll be honest. I had a begrudging respect for Frost. I thought that the way he kept his team in it down 14-0 was impressive and his team didn't just roll over and die when some teams would...

But he's trash.

He's throwing a teenaged kid to the online lynch mob instead of squashing it? That's incredibly poor leadership. His post game presser was pissy and petulant... The dude flat out sucks.

All this does is stoke the hatred for Nebraska.

To me, when watching the video, it's hard to say. But when 44 gets up from the pile, his body language doesn't show anything out of normal. He isn't looking back at Martinez to gauge his reaction, he isn't looking for high fives, or anything else that would make this seem different than any other tackle or play. And, if Frost did submit 'evidence' to the leagues, he doesn't need to make that public. What is the point of that? Wait until the leagues conclude something.

and as soon as the game was over...I was thinking the husker that did the cheap shot on JMac was going to get run out of town by fusker nation... Losers and poor ones at that

And Callier was laying face down. He hadn’t rolled or twisted.

What total domination of the line of scrimmage looks like:

2nd half running game stats

19 carries for 89 yards

1 carry for 25 yards
1 carry for 20 yards
1 carry for 11 yards
1 carry for 10 yards
4 carries for 66 yards all on different drives that lead to 0 points

15 carries for 23 yards on the remaining runs

******DOMINATION*********

Martinez is listed day-to-day now. He was walking around the sidelines minutes after being walked off. I saw on Facebook, some nub said “his knee is destroyed”. JayMac got fricking rocked, I saw a couple questionable dirty leading with the head blacks/tackles.

Then to call Callier out on social media with threats is trash. These nub fans need to leave speculation to themselves and let adults handle the situation for due process and, if any, disciplinary actions of the situation. Now they’re saying that a ref patted Viska on the helmet after the nail in the coffin TD catch

So, he has no damage and might play the next game...but they want...what?

And the movement I saw Callier make was as a CU DL guy and a NU OL Guy was stomping their way across his legs and ass. Moving from being hit.

I’d like to see any video that shows definitive intent to cause damage. Have seen nothing to that effect as of yet. Just theories from a bunch of tinfoil hat wearing Nub fans.
