I got the impression that the e-mailed football survey was a somewhat lame attempt to try and say the AD is paying attention to the entire fan/alumni base without really making much of an effort to address any of the underlying issues ie; Training room/facilities, stadium updates, fundraising, etc. IMO, the last question in the survey had the most relevance.
