Sefo Liufau No Longer Pursuing NFL, Will Finish Degree in Boulder

Has anyone heard if he has any interest in being a grad assistant? Or if he isn't eligible for a GA position, another role on staff to start on the coaching path?
He's a normal student at CU so neither are an option for him right now, but why are we even discussing this? Is there a reason we want Sefo on staff in any capacity?

He'd be a solid recruiter. have him learn from Chev.
I mean, he's a QB who worked hard and over achieved...he would sing praises to the program and convince those other players out there
to give it a shot here.

He'd be a great in home visit....peopel remember him and his game against Michigan even with the injury. Big game name never hurts.

Agree. Also though he had limitations as a QB leadership was never one of them.

Would not be surprised to see him wearing the Chief's hat in the future, quality leader and performs under pressure.
Dude was tough as nails. I'll never forget that play where he rolled out, got facemasked, escaped the facemask, signaled the foul to the ref and then completed the pass.

Jeezus, wipe the fan slobber off your lips
You don't think that characteristics that guys show on the football field or in other sports apply to their future careers in other fields?

There are businesses out there that give preference in hiring to applicants who participated in sports specifically for the characteristics effective athletes show.

Never said that Sefo was a great QB, read the post, acknowledged his limitations. He did though show solid leadership skills and if you don't think that 3rd and goal in front of 40-50 thousand screaming fans isn't pressure then there isn't much hope for you.
