LONGMONT – Playing No. 1 singles, there’s never a day off. Wednesday was no different for Silver Creek’s top singles player, Amanda Higley – except for the result. The Raptors junior defeated Skyline senior Maria Tunno, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3 for her first win of the season. It helped Silver Creek to a 7-0 win against the host Falcons.
