I don't care if he came in at 275 lbs, I'm just glad we finally got a blue chip player get through admissions.
 
Let's try to keep on point just a little bit guys. People are going to be checking this thread fairly regularly over the next couple days to hear news about Andre Simmons.

Andre broke two school records this past Saturday when he caught 12 passes and had 232 yards for his efforts. These stats gave him the record for the most catches in a game as well as the most yards in a game. Andre had 1 touchdown of 80 yards and had a catch on a third and long from the 44 that landed him on the one yard line setting up another score. In just three games Andre Simmons has 26 catches for 564 yards.

Amazing to think how much different our WRs could look this year compared to last year. 232 yards is a decent game.:cool:

232 yards would have put him 5th on the team last year...FOR THE SEASON. And just a hair behind Cody Crawford for 4th. :wow:
 
man, I just hope there is enough going on to keep the other players interested. Evans to Simmons for 80 yds. Evans to Simmons for 60 yards. Evans to Simmons for 100 yards (we got stuffed on punt return). Could get monotonous for the rest of the team.

Like the old Montana to Rice play 3 on the original Tecmo Bowl. Never failed but it got kinda boring.
 
And Hawk is receiving plenty of heat for this. There's no reason why he shouldn't be producing for us.

But thanks for reminding everyone how much of a douchebag you are by digging up this thread. :thumbsup:

yup. that catch came in the first game... and he has not been allowed to play more then 5 plays per game since. whose fault is that? His or the coaching staff? see below...

I'm pretty sure he'd be more of a playmaker if he ever saw the field. Him and Darrell probably ponder why they aren't playing all the time.
 
Buffmania is an attention whore and that is the only reason he bumped the thread. He could give two ****s about Simmons, he just wants people to see how smart he really is by bumping the thread.

If you want to bump a thread to engage in meaningful dialogue, it is always appreciated. Buffmania is not interested in doing that, so he will rightfully be called a douchebag.

BuffMania is often accused as being too negative in his comments, but what he says tends to turn out to be true.

Am I just smarter than most others? Probably. But I'm definitely more realistic, or at least I was in the offseason when we had most of the board predicting CU to be in the Top25.

If assclowns like Boulder Bob didn't give those he disagreed with such grief, this thread wouldn't have been bumped.

When you get done patting yourself on the back, go look and see how many times he's been thrown to and how many plays he's actually been in on. I can pull up old articles that had hawk and keisau slobbering over getting him into CU. They bragged about his size,speed and hands yet don't play the guy.

You're not smarter than most and spare me if you think you were the only one here who didn't think cu wouldn't be in the top 25.

His name is Boulder Buff, not boulder bob, simple jack.
 
I don't think I've ever seen Boulder Buff say anything that could cause him to be considered an assclown.. while you just referred to yourself in the third person and sucked your own **** for saying a player was going to be a bust. Awesome.
