Sorry, I grew up in LA for the second half of my childhood. USC will always be UCLA's chief rival. History goes way back, too much hatred between the two. a few CU games won't change that.

BCS asked that his post be removed, and thus some of you have had your quotes of that post updated to remove the quoted content

The California kids on our roster got passed over by both USC and UCLA. These kids don't have much of an argument with USC (for now) but with FUCLA yes! Hard feelings, chips on shoulders. Resulted in what we saw last night. Rivalry was very real last night, but it was between the players and not necessarily between the fan bases. That can be corrected. I remain hopeful.

Expect more of the same with FUCLA and as we continue the rise we'll approach the same with FUSC.

Man do I hate ****ington. Would love to spoil their phony season but sadly feel that they will lose before we get the chance to ****up their perfect season.

At the beginning of the 2nd half, he complained to the ref about "things on the field." I think the "things" he was complaining about were marshmallows and snow.

I want that to be true, because it's such a whimpy thing to complain about. "Oh we can't play football, because one of our players might step on a marshmallow."
To be fair, a lot of people complain about @Darth Snow but seriously, we're having Indian Summer around here so where did the snow come from?

Back when CU joined the P-12, I believe there was a poll that asked the question "who will be CU's biggest rival in the P-12" I don't remember what the results were, but I think ucla was at or near the top.

I think there might have been all of about 200 UCLA fans in attendance last night. Hard to gin up much hate for a school that travels so poorly.
When it comes to counting powder-blue-wearin' fans, Plati was years ahead of his time.

What's the point in deleting that when the rumor has already made it's way to Reddit and Twitter?

Well if it is on twitter does someone else want to post it for those who missed it?

Interesting. Any confirmation out of CU that tore the place apart?
These things happen every few years across football and basketball. I think they try to keep it out of the media but make UCLA write them a check to fix things up.

If true, that might be the final nail in Mora's coffin. I know that they don't tend to care that much about the football program in Westwood, but he only won the south one time (with Slick Rick's players in his first year). Since then he's finished 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and he's on pace to finish 5th this year. They can probably live with the mediocrity, but if he's lost control of the players then that might be the final straw.

There are 14.5 million reasons that mora isn't going anywhere

If the damage was because there was a fight between players -- especially if it was a brawl including a bunch of players -- and coaches encouraged it instead of breaking it up... then Mora could be in serious trouble despite the huge buyout.

Is that rumor or speculation?
