- UCLA quarterback Richard Brehaut fractured his lower leg in the first half of the Bruins game with Washington State and is likely out for the season. So Kevin Prince is -- again -- the man. And if he can't stay healthy? True freshman Brett Hundley, perhaps?
- Colorado receiver Paul Richardson is out for 2-3 weeks with a sprained knee. Richardson is the Buffaloes best receiver, so this is big hit.
- Arizona safety Adam Hall made his season debut after suffering an ACL injury in spring practices. He led the Wildcats with 10 tackles in a loss at Oregon State. On the down side for the Wildcats, WR Juron Criner sprained his knee in the first quarter against Oregon State and didn't return.
- It's still unclear who will start at quarterback for Washington State on Saturday against Stanford, and the odds might favor Marshall Lobbestael. Jeff Tuel, who fractured his clavicle in the season-opener, was not cleared to play against UCLA.
- Oregon runningback LaMichael James will be out at least a few weeks after dislocating his elbow. The big question is will be be ready to go by Nov. 12, when the Ducks visit Stanford.
