Stadium Financing

I've always thought that the opponent shouldn't matter. If you're a fan, you go to the game regardless of opponent. That is, unless, you have reason to believe you will freeze your ass off in a blizzard.

I think there are degrees of Fans and because CU does not sell out the stadium with season ticket holders the opponent does matter (that is why Nebraska, Michigan, Ohio State, etc can offer a one and done to the little sisters of the poor and still sell out). Because CU relies on a big walk up crowd they need to have big opponents...
