StatSheet is now projecting Colorado as an NIT three seed. The Buffaloes are #82 in the StatSheet StatRank with an 18-9 overall record and a 10-5 record in the Pac 12.
During its last four games, Colorado chalked up wins against Utah and Arizona State but also suffered a loss to RPI #69 Arizona and a bad loss to RPI #104 Stanford.
Colorado has a 3-6 record against the RPI Top 100 that includes an 0-3 record against the RPI Top 50 and an 0-1 record against AP ranked teams. While the Buffaloes have no quality wins, they're hampered by three bad losses including RPI #104 Stanford (2 losses) and RPI #121 UCLA.
The last four teams into the NCAA Tournament with at-large bids are NC State (18-10, 7-6 ACC, StatRank #60), Texas (17-11, 7-8 Big 12, StatRank #55), Washington (19-8, 12-3 Pac 12, StatRank #53), and Mississippi State (19-9, 6-7 SEC, StatRank #58).
The first four teams out are Brigham Young (23-7, 11-4 West Coast, StatRank #45), Illinois (16-12, 5-10 Big Ten, StatRank #76), LSU (17-10, 7-6 SEC, StatRank #74), and Ole Miss (15-12, 5-8 SEC, StatRank #91).
The next four out are Arizona (20-9, 11-5 Pac 12, StatRank #74), Cincinnati (20-8, 10-5 Big East, StatRank #69), Marshall (17-10, 8-5 C-USA, StatRank #51), and Minnesota (17-11, 5-10 Big Ten, StatRank #77).[TABLE="class: tablepad"]
