What's really weird is that the reversal did not benefit USC!
I looked him up and he want to Amherst; JD from Harvard; and MS from Amherst. I didn't see anything about WSU...It's more concerning to me that the Pac 12 general counsel apparently attended Washington State.
It was a bad policy. I don't care if it was positioned to the officials on the field and in the booth that it was "advisement". When the head of football operations for the conference and the head of officiating for the conference are the ones giving the advice, that's going to be taken as an order from the people who work for them. Anyone who has worked within any organization know that it was inevitable that it would happen that way. I can also guarantee that the officials resented this because it was a procedure that took away their authority but made them responsible for the decisions of their bosses while being micromanaged. This was very poor executive leadership.

Anything from the prequels is its own horrible and depraved form of nerddom. Rejected.

Need a win against USC and a USC win against Notre Dame.Washington Post article about what a joke the Pac12 is at football. This conference needs to get fixed quickly.

I’m afraid it’s not quick-fixable. There are systemic issues with the conference that need addressing immediately and it starts with finding new leadership.Washington Post article about what a joke the Pac12 is at football. This conference needs to get fixed quickly.

Talks about always having 2 loss teams, but doesn't bring up the 9 conference game schedule as one of the reasons. Idot talking.Washington Post article about what a joke the Pac12 is at football. This conference needs to get fixed quickly.

Man- I have defended Larry Scott for a long time because I thought his vision for the conference was very forward-looking and going to put the P12 in a very good place, but even I have to admit that pretty much everything he's done has not panned out nearly as well as I would have originally thought. It's time for him to go.
Probably time to see if the Big XII will take CU back.
