I thought he left because he had like 5 concussions or something and Barnett pulled the cord on him.
Heh. He did have the concussion problems. But that's not the reason he left. That's what Wikipedia says "After he was sidelined due to a string of concussions, Ochs decided to transfer to the University of Montana and play for the Division I-AA Montana Grizzlies."
I'm not familiar with what Craig Ochs' father did. I always thought it was Craig's decision to leave Boulder because of a disagreement with Barnett.
I don't remember Craig's dad being involved, but it was just about a decade ago.My recollection was that Mr. Ochs and Mr. Houston were, in GB's eyes, overinvolved parents. But that wasn't who I was referring to...their sons were legit DI players, and I meant no disparagement to them. Perhaps I was just in a bad mood. Personally, I always liked Ochs as a QB, and MH would have been pretty good but for the hip injury IMO.

Craig did have the issues with multiple concussions, maybe that's what led up to his falling out with GB. The team prayer deal turned out to be the last straw.
I guess we'll never know. :smile2:
I LOVE that trainwreck picture DallasBuff
Anothe Big Ten QB looking to transfer:
Penn State's Rob Bolden
He was a 4-star "dual-threat" recruit out of Michigan last year.
Apparently this kid has a real hardon for himself and doesn't work or play well with others...Forcier has officially left the Michigan Wolverines.
Looking like it´s Miami for Forcier.
