The downside of making a bowl game

I might have to spend big bucks getting decent seats for my whole family if the Buffs make the Rose Bowl, because there would be no excuse for not attending when the stadium is 50 miles away, and as long as one is attending, why not get decent seats?
 
I guess I have to leave the coldest city in the nation in the middle of winter, for Pasadena.
 
in fairness the conditioning sessions between the end of the season and the beginning of fall practices were always very rough, as mad dog felt the need to bring everybody back down to the ground before the bowl trip. The thought of sprinting up that hill between the practice field parking lot and the team house still makes me want to aresol spray Keystone and Abo's slices on my own shoes.

I already have the white framed Vuarnets, but they are originals from the 80s, so who's copying who? And, I am more likely to voluntarily consume gin than I am to ever own a Subie.
 
Living in Georgia I will have to miss out on all the stupid comments from the SEC is the only conference in the nation crowd, like "CU is like a scout team for Oregon and USC in the PAC-2, Ha Ha Ha"
