ACK this thread was intended to be sarcastic, but one true downside is that coaches are occupied with coaching instead of recruiting during a crucial "contact period" in the recruiting calendar.

But they have much more to sell. I'll take this "downside" for the coaches everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
 
We can't use the "go to ______ and be another guy or come to CU and be a part of a turnaround" on every highly recruited player.
