It would be a welcome change to see a few capable JUCOs coming in. So tired of seeing reshirts burned or talent on display before it is ready. Of course we have plenty of senior and 5th year senior "talent" on display that wasn't ready also, but that is another topic. JUCO talent may prove to be the fastest way to turn this thing around

MM might be wanting some huge JC OT talent as a lure to RBS like Ballade and more elite WRs.

This could prove to be a critical period for MM in building some momentum for Feb 5 LOI day. Show some of the higher profile recruits that we are committed to immediate improvements at positions that matter. Have not looked at the board yet to determine how many targets are eligible for the transfer signing date, but getting a couple potential immediate contributors can generate the buzz we may need to elevate the Feb 5 class.

Kids coming in desire of immediate playing time will see a JUCO at their position as a negative. That said, I would love to see 50% of this class filled by JUCO's and then have MM's team support team get them all elidgible. Unfortunately, history would say that we will get 2-3 in.

Blake Whiteley is an interesting name at TE. Been receiving interest from Purdue, West Virginia, and Texas in recent weeks. He is originally from Vancouver, BC and was apparently a full qualifier out of high school.
