Let me get this out there right away: as of right now the new Ralphie Report and SBN iPhone app is only available on the iPhone. The Android version is in the works and will be available soon. If you have an iPod touch or iPad though you will be able to play with the new SBN toy.
With that said, I insist you check out the new SBN app. All the bells and whistles with zero hassle:
Get the latest, breaking sports news as it happens
Customize your news with your favorite teams, sports and blogs (including BON)
Get notified of updates to the stories you choose to follow on SBNation.com, regional sites, Baseball Nation, and MMA Nation

Yes, but I'm sure in lieu of any form of payment SBN would be happy to hear your feedback on it.
How do I get it?
Go to the app store and search for SB Nation or go here and click "download."
When is the Android version going to be available?
Soon, most likely before the end of the year.
Is this app specific to Ralphie Report only?
No, it's not specific to TRR but you can make Ralphie Report your "home" site. You now have the liberty to browse through all of SBN's 300+ blogs and comment through the app as well with your existing SBN username. Here's a video demo of how it all works.
