The strange saga of Brandon Willis

The only thing like it was the Mike Miller thing about 20 years ago. Texas kid, he enrolled at Notre Dame, transferred, transferred back, and finally just dropped out. I don't think he ever even played college football. This sounds like the outcome will be similar.
